Shipping: Orders will ship within 5 business days from the date of the order, unless otherwise informed. It will be sent out through USPS regular shipping service with tracking. Customers will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment

Returns: Returns are allowed within 14 days upon receipt of the product(s). Please email sweecretingredient@gmail.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in new condition. Returns that adhere to our return policy will be refunded the full purchase price [minus shipping]. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale. There are no refunds or returns any any custom products. Custom products include any addition to the original design as purchased.
